The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the high-quality toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping deserves special mention for their impeccable service. My room was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed every day, with towels and linens replaced regularly. The housekeeping staff was discreet and respectful of my schedule, ensuring that my room was always pristine without any inconvenience to me. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a serene oasis where I could relax and unwind. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu featuring delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The location of Mirage Royal Deluxe is also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation options. They greeted me personally, took time to understand my needs, and checked in regularly to make sure I felt at home. Their warm, professional demeanor, combined with their quick problem-solving and genuine kindness, left a lasting impression. I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly blown away by the exceptional service provided by two incredible staff members: Zinedine at the front desk and Bouchra at the restaurant. From the moment I arrived, Zinedine made me feel like a valued guest. He was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and throughout my stay, he was always there with a kind smile, ready to assist with anything I needed — from directions to local recommendations. His attention to detail and sincere care created a comfortable and personalized experience that I won’t forget. At the restaurant, Bouchra stood out for her warmth and wonderful hospitality. Every morning, she greeted me with kindness and remembered all my preferences. Her service was not only efficient but also heartfelt — she took the time to make sure I felt welcome and cared for, and she always had a kind word and a big smile to share. Dining at the hotel was a pleasure thanks to her. Zinedine and Bouchra are shining examples of what true hospitality should be. We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, especially Anflous Mohammed who works at the pool bar. He went above and beyond to help with my husbands strict dietary requirements, and was a very friendly gentleman. Great at his job and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is lovely and we will definitely be back. Everything you want and need isn't far away. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby, it is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options, the room was spacious and clean. All the food was tasty and made to order . The pool is fabulous too. Again, a special Thank You to Anflous, you went above and beyond for us, no matter what we asked, you helped us with.

We had a large double room which had beautiful 180 degree views of the city where we could see the early morning balloon flights in the distance on the sunny mornings and were upgraded during our stay to an beautiful and huge junior suite over lloking the pool. The staff were extremely helpful from housekeeping and room service to the front of house team who couldn't do enough for you to ensure you had everything you needed. Big shout out to Fatima who was great especially given our limited french her English was a blessing :) Great Cocktails in the bar and lovely to be able to sit around a pool after a day around the city especially roaming the Medina, and in January too!
